Roti prata

Part A
2 1/2 cup flour mix with 1 cup hot water
stir till smooth - stop
rest dough - for about 30 mins - cover with bowl

Part B
1/2 cup flour
mix with 7 tbspn oil till melt

Part A
after 30mins,
cut into 6 portions
roll into long rectangular shape (like a ruler)
roll along the 'long sides'
slit about 4 slits along sides
coat with Part B
sprinkle some salt
Twist and turn into ball.

- rest ball in fridge - when ready, flatten and squash into flat - fry

-flatten (inside plastic bag) - put into freezer
