Sponge Dough bread recipe

sponge dough

210g flour
126g water
3g yeast
Mix and put aside for few hours

Main dough
90g flour
milk powder 12g
water 60g
sugar 18g... can increase to 30g
salt 1/2 tsp
butter 20g

mix sponge dough and knead
