60g oil
60g water
90g cake flour (10g coca+80)
4 eggwhite
45g sugar
10g corn flour
180c bake
15mins
step
1.yolk -add sugar - stir
2. add oil add water - stir
3 sieve flour inside -stir
4. beat egg white - beat tog - soft to stiff peak
pumpkin
200g pumpkin - steam
add abt 30g sugar powder + 30g butter + milk
